He was predeceased by: his wife Rachael L. Fegely (Oswald); his parents, James L. Fegely and Marie S. Fegely (Fegely); and his brother Lee. He is survived by: his children, Michael A., Duane D., David J. (Elizabeth), Ralph D. (Michelle) and Gail A. (James Less); and his siblings, Wayne (Phyllis), William and Anna Meck. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, a donation in Ralph's name may be made to the church.
