Gary W. Snyder Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gary W. Snyder of Mertztown, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 19, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Gary farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Gary is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, David P. Snyder and Anna Marie Snyder (Xander); and his brother David P.. He is survived by: his wife Eloise J. Snyder (Rex); his daughter Sherri L. Krauss (late Dennis Krauss) of Mertztown; his grandsons, Jeremy Krauss (Crystal) and Scott Krauss (Holly); and his great grandchildren, Alyssa and Kylie.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Trexler Funeral Home (1625 Highland St, Allentown, PA 18102). A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Fairview Cemetery (855 Lehigh St, Allentown, PA 18103).
