He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Buchheit and Regina Buchheit (Becker); his daughter Angela Marie Buchheit; and his brother Kenneth Buchheit. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Buchheit (Pellick); his sons, John Buchheit, Jr. and Michael Buchheit (Jennifer Jeffrey Buchheit); his grandchildren, Mary Beth Ketterman (Andrew), Hunter Umbel, Haleigh Buchheit, Hanna Buchheit, Jenna Buchheit and Michaela Buchheit; his great grandchildren, Abby, Allie and Adeline; and his brother Edward Buchheit (Geri David Buchheit). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
