He is survived by: his parents, Richard James Endsley, Jr. and Deidre Wingrove Shutz; his stepfather Thomas Edward Shutz, Jr.; his children, Gabryelle Endsley, Paityn Endsley, Derek Endsley, Jr., Annaka and Jean Endsley; his grandmother Martha Jean Lint Wingrove; his siblings, Hannah Shutz, Brandon Shutz, Faith Shutz, Emma Shutz and Grace Shutz; his grandparents, Thomas Edward Shutz and Wanda Van Horn Shutz; and the mother of his children Kayla Endsley. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
