She was predeceased by: her parents, George Sr. Bingaman and Grace Rice Bingaman; her husband Junior E. Starliper; her son William A. Starliper; and her siblings, Charles, Raymond, Paul, Leonard Bingaman, Mariam Poole, Cora Mills and Maxine Walker.
She is survived by: her sons, Harold E. Starliper (Kathy) of Mercersburg, PA and Robert A. Starliper (Pam) of Clear Spring, MD; her grandchildren, Jesse, David, Michael, Greg, Jason, Penni Starliper and Wendy Simpson; and her siblings, George Bingaman, Janet Helman, Lizzy Sharon and Doris Barnhart. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Greencastle Church of God (4480 Buchanan Trail W, Greencastle, PA 17225). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
