He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Foreman and Alma Foreman (Bear); his son Douglas Foreman; and his siblings, Lloyd Foreman, Janet Miller and Alice Snider.
He is survived by: his wife Kay Collier; his children, Kimberly Cornell (Richard), Robin Sweeney (David) and Gregory Foreman (Trudy); his grandchildren, Brian Cornell (Caitlin), Jason Cornell (Carrie), David Sweeney (Amy), Shae Foreman and Garrett Foreman; his great grandchildren, Brooke Sweeney, Grant Cornell, Kennedy Cornell and Abigail Cornell; and his sister Anna Tarner McClain.
