She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester C. Bricker and Frances E. Bricker (Fritz); her former husband Clair Hampton; her daughters-in-law, Melody Bradnick and Bonnie Bradnick; and her sister Helen Guyer.

She is survived by: her husband Ray A. Breakall; her sons, Kenneth Bradnick of Fort Loudon, PA, Joel Bradnick (Sherry) of Greencastle, PA, Perry Bradnick of Mercersburg and Scott Bradnick (Heather) of Chambersburg, PA.; her grandchildren, Jessica, Samantha, Cortney, David, Tawnya, JoJo, Miranda, Kacie and Dani; and her siblings, Kay Guyer (Bill) and Clyde Bricker (Carolyn).
