She was predeceased by: her parents, Rankin Metcalf and Carrie Metcalf (Sword); her husband Clarence D. Amsley Sr.; her son Clarence D. Amsley Jr.; and her siblings, Ruth Landis, William Metcalf, Jacquelyn Doyle, Rankin Metcalf Jr., Thomas Metcalf and Marlin Leon Metcalf.

She is survived by: her children, Lila L. "Cookie" Stouffer (Gary) of Greencastle and Rodney Amsley (Leann) of Edenville; her grandchildren, Travis Amsley (Ayako), Ryan Amsley (Jennifer) and Shea Stouffer (Brooke); her great grandchildren, Knox, Nash Stouffer, Mio, Ford and Hank Amsley; her siblings, Anna Lauer, Betty Bookheimer, Mary Lou Bookheimer, Franklin Metcalf, Fay Musselman and Arthur Boyd Metcalf; and her daughter-in-law Phyllis Amsley Drawbaugh.
