He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Benjamin and Edith May Mills Hopkins; and his wife Cheryl L. Nelling Hopkins. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Beecher (Michael), Dody Hopkins (Raymond Hornbaker), K. Todd Hopkins (Michele) and Jill Quivers (Maurice); and his siblings, Lucile Hartman and Paul "Bussy" Hopkins of Mercersburg, PA.. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.
