She was predeceased by: her siblings, Helen Knoll, Harold, Varden, Ray and Donald Smith.

She is survived by: her husband Leon M. Billow; and her nephews, Jay Smith (Ellen), Chambersburg and John Smith (Beth) of York, PA.
