He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Rockwell and Ora Rockwell (Ernst); and his wife Joanne Hamilton Rockwell. He is survived by: his children, Julia Lynn Hair (Alan) of Hummelstown, PA and Charles Hamilton Rockwell (Beth) of Boonsboro, MD; his grandchildren, Rebecca Elizabeth Crawshaw (Ben) and Jacob Charles Rockwell; and his great grandchildren, Rachael Ann and Olivia Jayn Crawshaw.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church (51 W Main St, Newville, PA 17241). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
