He is survived by: his close friend Diane Wolfe; his children, Jason William Ragland, Nicole Lynn Ragland (Shaun), Dakota James Ragland (Candice) and Harry "Billy" Ragland Jr. (Tina); and his grandchildren, Thomas, Aubrey, Alexis, Brianna, Daniel, Kylynn, Russell, Katie, Cameron, Kari, Brittney, Amber, Zachary, Carrie and Jimmy. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
