He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman C. "Jim" Piper and Azelene Piper (Miller). He is survived by: his wife Judy Piper (Smith); his children, Andrew A. Piper (Stacie) of Spring Run, PA and Beth A. Lewis (Steven) of Fawn Grove, PA.; and his brother Stephen L. Piper (Laura) of Berlin, MD..
