With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David R. Cordell of Mercersburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 18, 2024 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As David departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though David may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy David leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Cordell and Connie "Thomas" Cordell. He is survived by: his daughter Bambi Breneman (Matthew) of Mercersburg; and his granddaughter Ashley L. Gipe.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 24th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Miller-Bowersox Funeral Home (521 S Washington St, Greencastle, PA 17225). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 24th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
