He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Keefer and Elsie Keefer (Bennett); his wife Darlene Hill; and his siblings, Melvin, Dale, Glen, Faye and Minnie.
He is survived by: his children, Dave Keefer (Jean) and Cheryl Gehr (Jeff); his grandchildren, CJ Gehr, Brooke Helfrick (Daryl) and Macey Runyan (Noah); and his sister Rita Johns. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
