She was predeceased by: her parents, John E. Fogelsonger and Betty Jane Carbaugh (Gilbert); her husband Russell E. Mackey; her stepfather Robert J. Carbaugh; her brothers, John and Thomas Fogelsonger; and her brothers-in-law, Dick McFadden and Denny Woodal.

She is survived by: her son Patric Fogelsonger (Kylee) of Greencastle; her grandchildren, Landon, Mayson and McKenna Fogelsonger; her siblings, Paula R. Woodal (Bobby Carbaugh) of Mercersburg, Beverly Jane McFadden, Victor Fogelsonger (Carolyn), Richard Fogelsonger (Pam) and Stephen Fogelsonger; and her sister-in-law Glenys Fogelsonger.
