She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester G. Hixson and Hazel M. Hixson (Peters); her husband Walter Cummins; and her siblings, Ted, Wendell, Shirley and Roxann.
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Hershey (Dean) of Hilliards, Lester "Skip" Cummins (Nancy) of Dumfries, VA and Glenn Cummins of Butler; her grandchildren, Dean Hershey Jr., Jason Hershey, Ryan Cummins (Caitlin), Casey Stadnyk (Al), Kristi Runyan (Zac), Chelsea Cummins and Devan Cummins; her great grandchildren, Dean III, Kameron Hershey, Esme, Henry Cummins, Louisa, Julia, Robbie Runyan, Harper and Miles Stadnyk; her sister Sandra Jackson (Brian) of Antioch, TX; and her pet Zeus. She is also survived by Grandma to her beloved grandchildren and great grandchildren.
