He was predeceased by: his wife E. Carol Macri; and his parents, Philip, Sr. Macri and Anna Macri. He is survived by: his children, Philip Macri, III, Robert Macri, Joseph Macri, Julie Kay and Vittorio Macri. He is also survived by spouses, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
