He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillian Dean (Leise) and John G. Dean; his wife Christine Dean; his son Jonathan "Scott" Dean; and his siblings, Bernice Dearing, Elsie Campbell, Norman, Fred, Kenneth and John Dean.
He is survived by: his siblings, Freda Jones of St. Petersburg, Fla., Mary "Alice" Schuller of Norwalk, Ohio, Howard Dean of Selinsgrove, Harry "Al" Dean of Dearborn, Mich and Charles B. Dean of Portersville.
