He is survived by: his children, Dick James West, Jr. of Ashtabula, OH, Tammy Santana of Ashtabula, OH, Sandy Strange of Conneaut, OH, John Culver of Ashtabula, OH, Shandale Ridgway, Mercer and Corrina West Murphy (Brandon); and his sister Diana Strausbaugh of Freemont, OH. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
