She is survived by: her significant other Donald Ray Adams Sr.; her children, Rene Casino (Steve), Marcie Westover (Lonnie), Katina Walker (Shawn) and Donald Adams Jr. (Shanna); her grandchildren, Brad Kinzel, Kendra Batjargal (Tenger), Adrianna Slater (Luke), Adam Walker (Emma Maestle), Donald "Trey" Adams III (Liz Jeker), Chance Westover, Aiden Westover, Brodee Westover, Ethan Adams, Alexandra "Lexie" Walker and Kirstin Adams; her siblings, Jean Stull, Thomas Saylor (Marsha), Rod Saylor (Kathy), Jerry Saylor (Cathy) and Vern Saylor (Lori); and her siblings-in-law, Cathy Saylor, Lee Johnson and Ronzel Adams.
