She was predeceased by: her parent Pete Ioanna. She is survived by: her parent Ida Ioanna (Taylor); her son Alan C. Layaou; her brother Ernest Jones; her daughters, Kathy Scouton, Ted Scouton, Angela Brown and Andrew Brown; her daughter-in-law Dawn Layaou; her sons, Harry Layaou Jr. and Brian K. Layaou (Patricia); her siblings, Alva Jones (Kay), Daniel Jones (Sadie), Vera Walkowiak, Sandra Evans and Evelyn Wilson; and her sister-in-law Peggy Jones.
