He was predeceased by: his wife Marie Ann Decker (Smith); and his parents, Ralph Decker and Thelma Decker (Hulbert). He is survived by: his children, John W. Decker, Jr. (Ellen), Thomas Decker (Tina) and Carolyn Evans (Tom); and his grandchildren, Matthew Decker (Jean Marie), Alexandra Decker (Jake), John Decker (Kelly), Stephen Decker and Ryan Decker. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
