He is survived by: his children, Howard J. Stephens (Rose) and Sally Stephens-Jefferson (John); his grandchildren, David, Phillip, Allison Stephens, Christi, Lori and John J. Jefferson; and his great grandchildren, Cameron, Kennedy, Amelia and Brooks.
