He was predeceased by: his child Gail "Stormy" Sulik (Paul). He is survived by: his wife Angela DiSanto Moore; and his children, Lori McQuilling (Walt Turnicky), Curt Moore, Melanie Moore (Jamie Schwartz), Michael Petruzzo, Andrea Ioannidis (John), Christine Petruzzo and Daniel Petruzzo (Vicki). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and multiple extended family.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations to either Christ Church or the American Stroke Association http://www.stroke.org would be appreciated.
