He was predeceased by: his parents, Chang-Tze Yu and Womin Yu (Young); and his sister Natalie Tecco. He is survived by: his wife Tailin Yu (Mao); his children, Kevin Yu (Christine) and Jen Baltz (Brad); his granddaughter Isabelle Yu; and his brothers, Ching Yu, Peter Yu and Ting Yu. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
