She was predeceased by: her parents, Josephine Cianciarulo and Frank Cianciarulo; her brother John Cianciarulo; and her daughter Mary Jo DelVescovo. She is survived by: her husband Raymond Vivacqua; her sons, Raymond Vivacqua Jr. (Suzanne) and Michael Vivacqua (Elaine); and her grandchildren, Christina DelVescovo (Todd Ray), Samuel Vivacqua and Katherine Vivacqua.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association or Crozer Chester Medical Center in Teresa's name.
