She was predeceased by: her husband Jesse Garrett Forsythe. She is survived by: her children, Garrett (Vicki) and Patricia (Brian Marx); her sister Pat (Dick Chappell); her grandchildren, Keri (Casey Stephens) and Jay (Julie Hughes); and her great grandchildren, Harper and Nolan Stephens.
