He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark W. Baker II and May Baker; and his brothers, Mark W. Baker III and Clarence J. Baker. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Baker; his children, Jason W., Carl A. Baker, Stephanie L. Hildebrand and Amy D. Lolley; and his grandchildren, Noah, Tanner, Madelyn, Angela and DeAnna.
