She was predeceased by: her parents, Ephraim Joseph Murdock, Jr. and Irene McClurg; her siblings, Ephraim Joseph Murdock III and Irene Walls; her former husband Joseph Louis Miller; her husband Joel Kenneth Suydam; and her son-in-law Phillip Mayfair.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Lockhart (Keith), Edward J. Miller, Susan Mayfair, Robert F. Miller and Nancy Hayman (Harry). She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.
