He is survived by: his wife Barbara Rio (Franzki); his daughters, Anna Melito (Rio) and Alexandra O'Donnell (Rio); his grandsons, Philip Melito, Luke Melito, Tyler O'Donnell and Max O'Donnell; and his brother William Rio.
