He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Fox and Myrtle Fox (Kitchner); and his sisters, Joan Fox and Myrtle Tenenber. He is survived by: his wife Linda H. Fox; his son Raymond Fox, Jr.; his stepchildren, Lisa Schmiedel (Robert) and Eric Anderson; his grandchildren, Kevin, Kailey, Brinley, Tommy and Will; and his siblings, Andrew Fox, Ruth Juhas (Joseph) and Linda Hoffecker (Jay). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
