We are sad to announce that on September 1, 2018, at the age of 93, Raymond H. Whitehead Jr. (Media, Pennsylvania), born in Lawrence, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brother Harlan Whitehead. He is survived by: his wife Betty Jane Cnossen Whitehead; his children, Debra Hamilton (Charlie) and David Whitehead (Linda); his grandchildren, Chip Hamilton (Kristin), Mike Hamilton, Christina Hamilton, Matthew Whitehead (Sandra), Heather Whitehead Cosgrove (Tom) and Brian Whitehead; his great grandchildren, David Hamilton and Sonia Hamilton; and his sister Lois Whitehead Lowry. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Ray's memory be made to the Delaware County SPCA at: Providence Animal Center, 555 Sandy Bank Rd., Media, PA 19063.
