He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Norman Atkins and Carrie Atkins; his wife Jennifer; his children, Jason and Alexandrea; his grandson Ethan; his siblings, Dorothea, Norman and William; and his aunt Barbara. He was also cherished by cousins, nieces and nephews.
