She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew J. Henderson and Lillian E. Henderson; her husband Anthony J. Garofalo; and her siblings, Robert Henderson, Matthew Henderson, Lillian Wilbur, George Henderson, Richard Henderson, Bruce Henderson and Doloresann Henderson.
She is survived by: her daughter Phyllisann Henderson; her grandson Adam Henderson; and her sister-in-law Antoinette Henderson. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
