It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philomena D. Lehman of Media, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 29, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Domenic D'Agostino and Philomena D'Agostino; and her siblings, Domenic, Loretta, Annie, Barbara, Ronnie and Lenny.

She is survived by: her children, Dana Lehman (Amanda), Carolyn Yarnell (William), Ron Lehman (Melissa) and Nicholas Lehman; her grandchildren, Jack, TeJon, Maggie, Emmy, Josiah, Liam, Mena and Ethan; her siblings, Robert, John, Linda and Carol; and her husband Jeffrey Lehman.

Words of Remembrance will begin at 12:00 PM, interment will be private. The family asks that all attendees wear a mask at the visitation and service.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Philomena's honor to the Springfield Area Educational Foundation (SAEF) to support scholarships for Morton students.
