He was predeceased by: his father Roy Dennis Dahl. He is survived by: his wife Katie Lackritz; his children, Jeremy Lackritz Dahl and Magnolia Lackritz Dahl; his mother Jacqueline Burrows; and his sisters, Jacqueline Sailer and Priscilla Dahl. He is also survived by four nieces and six nephews.
