It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Ann Klosinski of Media, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 12, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Lynch and Elizabeth Lynch. She is survived by: her husband Edward Klosinski; her children, Edward, Michael (Karen), Thomas (Cathy) and Christopher Klosinski (Bridget); and her grandchildren, Lauren, Michael, Kevin, Kyle, Elizabeth, Trevor and Daniel.
