He was predeceased by: his parents, Geraldine Battista, and Nicholas J Battista, Sr.; his wife Mary Battista; his sister MaryAnn Mascitti (Amadeus Mascitti); and his nephew Anthony Mascitti.
He is survived by: his daughters, Angela Hutchinson (Bob), Christine Battista and Kathryn DeSando (Brad); and his grandchildren, Denver, Daniel, Kyle, Brandon, Nathan, Nicholas and Aliana.
