She was predeceased by: her husband Frank A., Sr.; and her son David P.. She is survived by: her son Frank A. Cook, Jr. (Joanne) of Media; and her grandchildren, Lauren Kemble (Mike) and Philip Cook (Kristen). She is also survived by five great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
