He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Carbonara and Marie Carbonara; and his brothers, Anthony and John Carbonara. He is survived by: his wife Susan Carbonara; his children, Michael Carbonara (Rose), Natalie DePasquale, Mark Carbonara (Michele) and Jessica Combs (Jesse Tarr); his brother Joseph Carbonara; his grandchildren, Michael, Nicholas Carbonara, Danielle DePasquale, Brittney Melwig (Jay), Nicolette Carbonara, Kate Platero (Alex), Eric Ewing, Dean Combs and Emme Tarr; and his great grandchild Jaxson Melwig.
