She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles L. Shaffer and Ruth M. Shull. She is survived by: her husband Joseph Newby; her children, Kevin Chudy (Jennifer), Dawn Altomonte (Joe) and Emily; and her grandchildren, Aleksandr, Ekaterina, Inessa, Joella and Charlotte. She is also survived by several cousins and close friends.

In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in Judy's name to the Abramson Cancer Center, or to Middletown Junior Olympians, 127 Barren Rd., Media, PA 19063.
