He is survived by: his wife Rosalie; his children, John Foltz III and Margaret "Maggie" Davis (Eric); his grandchildren, Samantha, Ethan, Liam and Owen Davis; and his siblings, Elwood Foltz and Evelyn Layne. He is also survived by his family especially his grandkids.
