He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph D. Conlan and Mary C. Haigh Conlan. He is survived by: his wife Nancy A. Boggs Conlan; his children, Jonathan F. Conlan (Adrianne), Christopher J. Conlan (Brianna), Declan, Savannah, Jameson and Capri Conlan; his siblings, Joseph T. Conlan and Maryann C. Lombardo; and his mother-in-law Margaret Burke Boggs. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
