She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Beeby and Alice Beeby (Moore); and her grandson Christopher Boyle. She is survived by: her husband Lawrence "Monk" Umstead; her daughters, Sandy (Boyle), Sally (Johnson) and Elizabeth "Betsy" (Joseph); her grandchildren, Andrew Boyle, Carly Moore (Johnson) and Laura Reggiannini (Doherty); and her great grandchild Santino Joseph Reggiannini.
