He was predeceased by: his parents, Eleanor Burns and James Burns; and his former wife Lorraine Burns. He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Brown (Kevin) of Media, Linda Christiansen (Peter) of Media, Connie Degler (Keith) of Oxford and James Burns (Rozan) of Maryland; and his close friend Betty Bickley. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
