He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Costigan and Mary Costigan of Darby, PA; his spouse Jane Costigan; his children, Kim Costigan Razzano, Kelly Costigan, Kristen Rushton (Scott) and James Costigan; his grandchildren, Jerry Razzano, Audrey Stewart (Jarrod), Ashley Razzano, Vince Razzano, Brittany LeCureux (Marc), Shayne Schwartz (Lydia), Chelsie Schwartz, Scott Rushton, Matt Rushton, Ali Rushton, Chris Rushton, Sean Rushton and Julia Rushton; his siblings, Shirley Phillis (John), Donna Wigmore (Larry) and Albert Costigan; and his siblings-in-law, William, Judy Weinmann and Christopher Weinmann. He was also cherished by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
