He was predeceased by: his parent Hormah W.; his wife Catherine E. Garraway; and his siblings, Anna Bogdan, Rose Garraway and Shirley Garraway.
He is survived by: his parent Anna Garraway; his children, Deborah L. Miller (Bernard) and David C. Garraway (Donna); his grandchildren, Abigail Miller of Bernard Miller, IV, Jenna Garraway and Colin Garraway; and his siblings, Jean Johnson, Edith Conrad and James Garraway.
