He is survived by: his mother Theresa Phillips; his siblings, William Van Leer (Marguerite), Allen Van Leer, Jeannette Twitchell (Brian), Mary Campbell (Jack), Brian Phillips (Dale), Dwayne Phillips (Penny), Jeff Phillips and Rob Phillips; and his nieces and nephews, Roger Thompson (Ashley), Tyler Campbell, Ryan Campbell, Jason Campbell, Billy Van Leer, Emily Phillips, Andrew Phillips, Shane Phillips, Brooke Phillips, Avery Phillips, Tessa Phillips, James Twitchell and Logan Thompson.
