He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph S. Snow and Martha A. Goodman Snow; and his son Franklin D. Snow, Jr. (Diane). He is survived by: his wife Barbara J. Leake Snow; and his children, Deborah M. Snow, Mark E. Snow (late Deborah), Carlton R. Snow (Stacie) and Michele A. Dougherty.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home (3551 Concord Rd, Aston, PA 19014). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
